Refund policy
Last updated 15 August 2026.
Thirty days, no questions
If Garden is not what you wanted, write to support@garden.khushin.com within 30 days of purchase and ask for a refund. You do not have to explain why or complete a retention survey.
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and processes the refund to the original payment method. Its payment providers control how long the credit takes to appear.
What mechanically happens
Garden's purchase handler acts only on order_created webhooks. Its Worker ignores later refund events. There is no refund handler in the application, no entitlement server, and no revocation list.

The copy already on the device and its local data remain unchanged. Garden's export remains available because the application does not gate data access on an online entitlement check.
If optional sync was enabled, follow the deletion instructions in the privacy policy. Deleting data held by Plaid or SimpleFIN is a separate request to that provider under its own policy.
Rights that apply regardless
This 30-day policy does not replace or reduce a refund, withdrawal, warranty, or other consumer right that applicable law gives you and does not allow these terms to waive.
If more than 30 days have passed and Garden damaged or lost data, or materially failed to do what the site said it did, contact support with what happened.
